Every year Bodhivastu performs a Mariamma (Tara Ritrod Lomma Gyonma the Twentieth Tara), offering ceremony. This year we will host this on Mother’s day. Treat Mom, yourself, and the entire family to a meaningful Mother’s Day family event (this event is child friendly). Offerings will include tsok food items of all kinds as well as some specific ritual items.

As many of you know, Mariamma is a very powerful and benevolent female wisdom being dwelling as manifest compassion in our troubled times. The 20th of the 21 Taras, Mariamma Ritrod Lomma Gyonma, protects from contagious diseases, and brings forth a shower of all our wishes that accord with the Dharma. Known for her speed in fulfilling our wishes, she is propitiated by a series of offering washes that will be conducted by Lama Rangbar and the entire communities’ hands on participation.

All participants will have chances to offer milk, yogurt, fruits, ghee, fruit juices and more during various stages of the ceremony to our precious and rare nine foot tall beautiful black stone Mariamma.

This Sadhana offering and mantra chanting practice plants the seeds for world peace and prosperity.

Sponsors names will be read out loud for purposes of dedication of the merit.
